Complimentary Chapter GSX All-Access Pass – submit by 31 July

I hope all is well! This is a quick reminder that we’re pleased once again to offer every ASIS chapter worldwide one (1) complimentary GSX All-Access Pass registration; this year, your selected chapter member will be able to attend either the in-person event in Atlanta, Georgia, USA or the digital experience. Attendees will experience a format that supports their goals, whether they attend in-person in Atlanta, participate digitally, or access on-demand content on their own schedules until 31 December 2022. Learn more about GSX here.

Outside of the parameters below, it’s up to your Chapter Board to determine how your recipient is selected, e.g., recognize a standout volunteer, choose someone who would otherwise not be able to attend, create a short application, hold a random drawing, select from your most engaged members, etc. Once you select that individual, please ask him/her to complete this online form by 31 July: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/ChapterGSX22

Do not complete the form on anyone else’s behalf; only the selected recipient should complete the form as GSX registration requires acceptance of a waiver of liability and acknowledgement of ASIS’s privacy policy.

Eligibility, Criteria, and Registration Policies

• The recipient must be an ASIS member in good standing and affiliated with the chapter at the time of submission.
• The same individual member may not receive this complimentary registration for more than three consecutive years.
• The registration is non-transferable once it has been awarded.
• If the selected individual has already registered, the paid registration will automatically be refunded.
• Regional leaders (SRVP, RVP, ARVP) are eligible to participate in this program; Global/Regional Board of Directors are ineligible.
• The chapter must have a 2022 Chapter Questionnaire on file with ASIS HQ.
• Once it has been awarded, any requests for registration to be rolled over to the other cohort – from in-person to digital, or from digital to in-person — must be made in writing and submitted to asis@mcievents.com no later than 11 September 2022.
